MHT CET Application Form 2019 – State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra has ended the application process. MHT CET 2019 application form was available online from January 1 till March 23. However, registration with late fee could be done till March 31 To fill the MHT CET application form 2019 candidates had to enter all the required details, upload the images and pay the application fee. It was mandatory for the candidates to submit the application form on or before the deadline to be able to appear in MHT CET. Candidates were advised to keep the scanned images to be uploaded ready before filling the MHT CET 2019 application form. Candidates had to ensure that they fulfil the eligibility requirements before filling the application form. Things to Keep Ready Before Filling MHT CET Application Form 2019
Candidates were advised to keep the scanned images ready of the photograph and signature as per the prescribed specifications mentioned below.

Photograph – It should have been a recent colour passport size photograph with a light/ white background.
Signature – The signature should have been done on a white sheet of paper with a black ink pen (not in capital letters).It should have been scanned in 200 dpi (dots per inch) scanner resolution settings.

Steps to fill MHT CET 2019 Application Form

Given below is the procedure the candidates had to follow to fill and submit the application form of MHT CET 2019:

Step 1- Register and enter the required details:

  • The first step was to register and enter the required details

  • There were two methods of Registration – Aadhaar based or Non-Aadhaar based. In Aadhaar based registration, the details of the candidate were directly fetched from the data.

  • Candidates had to register by submitting their personal, academic, contact, education, bank and other details.

  • Full name (as appearing on the statement of marks of SSC (10th) equivalent exam)

  • Father’s name

  • Last name

  • Mother’s first name

  • Gender

  • Address for correspondence

Details required for the exam:

  • Subjects for CET examination (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology)

  • Language for the exam (English, Marathi, Urdu)

Note – Marathi and Urdu can only be chosen if the medium of instruction was Marathi/ Urdu in HSC/ 12th

Login Details

  • Candidates had to create a password (minimum 8 and maximum 15 characters and must have one uppercase, one lowercase and one numeric)

  • After entering the password, candidates had to confirm it. The password had to be preserved for the future logins.

Declaration by the candidate

  • Candidates were advised to read the declaration written there carefully and then click on “I Agree”.

  • Candidates had to enter the security key as provided and then click on “Next” button.

Step 2-Confirmation of Registration

After the successful registration, a confirmation page with their application number was generated. Candidates also received the application number on their provided email address.

Candidates had to verify or view their entered information by clicking on the link provided.

Step 3- Uploading of the scanned image:

Candidates had to upload the scanned images of the photograph and the signature as per the specifications notified by the authorities.

Step 4- Application Fee Payment:

  • After entering all the required details and uploading the required images the required amount of application fee had to be paid by the candidates.

  • The MHT CET application form fee 2019 could be paid either through credit/debit card (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), IMPS, Netbanking, Cash cards/mobile wallets. For offline payment, the candidates had to take a print out of the challan and pay the fee in the bank.

Step 5- Registration Process Completion:

  • On successful payment of the application fee, a confirmation of the same was displayed online.

  • Candidates were advised to take the print of the receipt for future references.

  • After successful payment, the candidate had to take the print out of MHT-CET 2019 Registration Confirmation.

What after the submission of MHT CET Application Form 2019

After the successful submission of MHT CET 2019 application form the admit card will be generated for the candidates. DTE Maharashtra will issue MHT CET 2019 admit card tentatively in the third week of April in online mode. It will carry information like exam centre details, candidate’s name, hall ticket number, exam timing etc.

Salient features of MHT CET application form 2019

  • It is important to note that an incomplete application form will be rejected. MHT CET 2019 application form sent by post/ courier will also be rejected.

  • Candidates had to submit one and only one application form. In case, the candidate submits more than one application form, the last submitted online application form along with payment will be considered as valid.

  • Candidates received a mail on the registered email id. If a mail was not received by the candidate in their inbox, It was suggested to check the Spam/ Junk folder. Candidates were advised to access emails regularly.
